Truman, Peter Tregerthen - (Retired Engineer, General Electric Canada) 

Suddenly at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Sunday, September 18, 2016 in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Norma Mary Jean Shea. Loving father of Carrie Truman (Ben Keys) and Nicole Truman (Peter Gilbert) both of Peterborough. Devoted Grandfather "Grumpa" of Natalie and Rebecca Keys. Dear brother of Pamela Money (Paul) of Ida. Son-in-law of Gladys Shea of Lindsay and brother-in-law of John "Jack" Shea (Donna) of Fenelon Falls. Son of the late Marguerite Truman. Proud lifetime cottager on Kasshabog Lake, home to countless memories with family and friends. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many cousins, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, on Sunday, the 25th of September from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, the 26th of September from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. In memory of Peter, donations may be made to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society ("LAWS"), the Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education or to a charity of your choice.
